• We are located in the busiest, most concentrated area of specialty shops and services in downtown Guelph serving over 4000 shoppers a day. Our consignors benefit from ...And Venus Smiled's high foot traffic and brisk sales. Our turnover is quick, our merchandise is fresh and priced to sell so customers shop often to see what’s new and buy, buy, buy! 
  

Quality and style guidelines. Yes, we've got 'em: 

• Generally speaking we take clothing that is two years or newer in style but we’ve been known to turn our heads at cool retro-chic from time to time!

• We look for fashionable, fun clothes that feel good to wear and make our customers look great! 

• We look for sizes 6 to 20
• We ask that all items be clean and floor ready with garments brought into our store either hung neatly on hangers or neatly folded and placed in a paper shopper, a clean laundry basket or a small clean box. We do not go through big trash bags of stuff.

No Quantity Limits:

• When you are ready to clean out, move on, move up or downsize ...And Venus smiled is here.  As long as your items meet our style requirements and quality standards you can consign as much as you want as often as you like. 

No Appoinments Needed - EVER!

• Consignments are received 5 days a week. Come at your convenience during these hours:  Monday to Friday from 10 AM until 5 PM. 

A Charitable Option:

• Consignors have the option of retrieving unsold items at the end of the consignment period or we will donate them on your behalf.

In addition to gently pre-loved clothes we also take footwear, handbags, jewellery, scarves, hats, belts and gloves on consignment.   

When your items have sold you receive 40% of the selling price. What a great way to supplement your clothing budget!
